Are your products authentic and original?

Yes, our products are 100% authentic and original. We have been selling authentic blind boxes at our retail store for a few months now. You can check out our customers' testimonial unboxing videos and reviews.

What is your return policy?

We do not return the products. We have a very careful process for sourcing these products and making sure they are authentic. This is also the reason for not accepting returns, as we want to ensure that any product we receive comes from a credible source, specifically our trusted supplier, and we cannot accept any returns.

Once your order is shipped, it will be confirmed. We will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in the email.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship internationally.
