By using our website (www.bodegablvd.com) or placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Orders & Shipping

Orders placed before 3PM CST (Mon–Fri) are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed after 3PM are processed the next business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays.

2. Blind Boxes

We sell authentic blind boxes. Items are sealed and randomized by the manufacturer. We cannot guarantee specific characters or prevent duplicates.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
Due to the nature of blind boxes and collectibles, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 3 days if there is an issue.
